Terms & Conditions

All plots listed on Infra Real Estate are title-verified by our legal team. Physical site inspections and deed verifications can be scheduled prior to final registration.

Paying a token booking amount reserves the selected plot under your account. The plot is officially locked once our admin team verifies your payment.

Remaining balances can be cleared in full or via agreed installment schedules. All payments must be uploaded with valid transaction references (UTR).

Token amounts paid for plot reservations are refundable or transferable to another plot as per Infra Real Estate management policy prior to deed execution.

Deed registration, government stamp duty, and mutation fees are governed by West Bengal land laws and are payable at the time of final transfer.
